Ingredients
- 20 medium ears sweet corn
- 2-2/3 c white vinegar
- 2 c water
- 1-1/2 c sugar
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
- 4-1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tlbs.canning salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

Step 1
Cut corn off cob and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about half hour. Hot bath jars and lids. Put hot mixture in hot jars and seal.
