Pumpernickel Bread with a Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
  • 6 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 packet Knorr dried vegetable mix
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1/2 can water chestnuts
  • 2 boxes (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drained well

Step 1

Cut out center of bread loaf, leaving a rim so it acts as bowl. Take remaining bread and tear into bite size pieces and arrange around bowl.

In bowl mix all ingredients well. Add into bread bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
