Corn Pudding

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp of melted Oleo
• 2 Tbsp of Flour
• 1 - 17oz can of Cream Corn
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 3/4 tsp of Salt
• 1/8 tsp Pepper
• 2 Eggs beaten
• 1 Cup of Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend Oleo and Flour in bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into 8" square pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for one hour or until set.
