Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C FLOUR
- 3/4 C SUGAR
- 1 C LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TBSP GROUND CINNAMON
- 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 3/4 C VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 3 EGGS
- 2 C APPLE, PEELED AND CHOPPED
- 1 C WALNUTS, CHOPPED
- VANILLA GLAZE
- 1/2 C POWDER SUGAR
- 1/4 TSP VANILLA
- 2-3 TBSP MILK

Preparation
Step 1
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHOPPED APPLES AND WALNUTS. STIR IN CHOPPED APPLES AND WALNUTS. POUR INTO A GENEROUSLY GREASED AND FLOURED 10-INCH BUNDT CAKE PAN. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 55 TO 65 MINUTES, UNTIL A WOODEN PICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PAN FOR 15 MINUTES; TURN OUT ONTO SERVING PLATES TO COOL COMPLETELY. DRIZZLE WITH VANILLA GLAZE.
VANILLA GLAZE - BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH. DRIZZLE OVER CAKE.
