IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHOPPED APPLES AND WALNUTS. STIR IN CHOPPED APPLES AND WALNUTS. POUR INTO A GENEROUSLY GREASED AND FLOURED 10-INCH BUNDT CAKE PAN. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 55 TO 65 MINUTES, UNTIL A WOODEN PICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PAN FOR 15 MINUTES; TURN OUT ONTO SERVING PLATES TO COOL COMPLETELY. DRIZZLE WITH VANILLA GLAZE. VANILLA GLAZE - BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH. DRIZZLE OVER CAKE.
