Ingredients
- 2 14 oz packages of ginger bread mix
- 1 5.1 oz cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 30oz can pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp cardamom or cinnamon
- 1 12oz frozen whipping topping
- 1/4 ginger snaps

Preparation
Step 1
Bake gingerbread according to directions and cool. Prepare pudding and set aside to cool. Stir in pumpkin pie filling, sugar and cardamom into pudding.
Use all doing layers along with whipped cream.
