Ingredients
- 2 lbs red, new or other waxy potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into 2 inch pieces to make 6 cups. In a roasting pan toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary and salt.
Roast in a 450 oven, stirring twice, for 45 minutes or until golden and tender.
