Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 Cups of Cubed Raw Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Flour
- 1 Small Onion, Quartered
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1/4 tsp or Baking Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Wash, Peel, and Cut up Potatoes. Pat dry with paper towel.
Put all ingredients into Food Processor.
Pulse mixture in Processor for 10 seconds. Use a spatula to push down potatoes if necessary to get all pototes cubes processed.
Pour Batter onto HOT greased griddle (about 1/4 Cup for each pancake).
Brown both sides.
