- 3 eggs
- 3/4 canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix all ingredients until smooth. It will be thick compared to a regular ft mixture. Dip an cover bread and cook on hot greased skillet or griddle. Serve with butter and maple syrup or cream cheese.
