Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 c. butter softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups plain flour
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Beat sugar and eggs 5 to 7 minutes till thicken and lightly color. They should be doubled in size as this is the leavening for this cake. Should form ribbon when beaters removed.
Add butter and vanilla. Mix 2 more minutes.
Stir in flour just till combined.
Add cranberries and mix throughout.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Cool and cut into small pieces.
