Tri Tomato Salad

Great recipe for end of the season tomatoes, onions and green pepper.

Ingredients
- 3 cups vinegar(5 percent)
- 1 & 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 3 lbs cherry tomatoes
- 1 & 1/2 cups yellow pear tomatoes
- 1 green peppers ( cut into narrow rings)
- 2 medium onions ( again cut into narrow rings)
- 1/8 cup mustard seed
- 3 spits tarragon
- 3 whole cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Fill pint jars equally. Boil mustard seed, vinegar, tarragon and cloves.
Fill jars
Do a 15 minutes water bath to seal jars
