Ingredients
- 1 package turkey sausage crumbles
- 1 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1 C fresh grated Parmesan
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk
- 24 mushrooms
- 1/3 C dry white wine
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee sausage and oregano in large heavy skillet until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes. Drain and cool.
Mix in ½ C cheese, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and egg yolk. Spray glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange mushrooms upside down on dish and brush cavity of each mushroom with wine. Fill with sausage mixture. Top with ½ C cheese.
Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
