Ingredients
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 t dill weed
- Salt & pepper
- 2 qts. torn spinach
- 3 kiwis
- 1 tomato, cut in wedges
- 1 C red onion slices
- 1 C crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1 c croutons (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, dill, salt & pepper. Place spinach in serving bowl. Peel & slice kiwis. add to spinach along with tomato, onion & feta. Toss with dressing and add croutons
