CHERRY CHEESECAKE SQUARES
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 pkgs. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (20 oz) cherry pie filling
Cooking time 35mins
Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, remaining 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with filling. Cut into squares.
