Apple Cider Crisp

My son made this in his restaurant management class in high school. A local College had their chefs come and demonstrate this. He said this was great!

Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 12 oz pasty flour
- 12 oz brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10 oz butter
- APPLES:
- 12 oz granulated sugar
- 4 oz butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 oz apple cider ( if desired)
- 3 or more apples...use Granny Smith, Empire or Greyburn

Step 1
Mix all toppings and set aside.
Chop or slice apples and mix all ingredients with apples.
Put apple mixture in baking dish (9" round or square).
Put apple topping on apples.
Bake in 350 degree oven until apples are soft and topping is browned.
