Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 large cooking apples peeled sliced thin
- 2 T raisins
- 1 T sugar and cinnamon
- 1 egg beatern with 1 t water

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw pastry dough for 20 min
On lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to 13x9
Place on ungreased pan. Arrange with apples down the center and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon
Brush edges with the egg wash, roll up like a jelly roll.
350 35-40 min
