Grilled Turkey Mushroom Burgers With Chutney Sauce
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 ounces fresh white mushrooms finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons chopped Major Grey chutney
Preheat grill or broiler. In a bowl mix turkey, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties. Place on a grill or broiler rack. Grill 4 inches from heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes a side. Combine yogurt and chutney; serve with burgers.
