Grilled Turkey Mushroom Burgers With Chutney Sauce

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces fresh white mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Major Grey chutney


Servings 4


Step 1

Preheat grill or broiler. In a bowl mix turkey, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties. Place on a grill or broiler rack. Grill 4 inches from heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes a side. Combine yogurt and chutney; serve with burgers.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
