Macaroni Salad

This is a "sweetened" Mac Salad. The zing is delicious. I have had friends tell me, "I don't eat macaroni salad".....and then promptly eat everything on their plate.

Ingredients
- 16 oz macaroni
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Bring pot of water to boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
In large bowl, stir together carrots, onion, peppers and celery. Mix in mayonnaise, condensed milk, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add macaroni, toss gently, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
