Lemon Whippersnaps

Such an easy cookie to make! And soooo delicious! Melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon cake mix
• 1 container Cool Whip
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, cool whip and egg. Stir. Drop by teaspoon into sugar, roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 " apart. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
