• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 – 1/4 cup flour
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs – lightly beaten
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup melted butter or oil
