Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

  • 4 oz. crumbled Feta
  • 1 C. low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbls. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • Salt & pepper
  • Pretzel crisps

Preparation time 5mins


Step 1

In a bowl, mash together the crumbled Feta, Greek yogurt and olive oil.
Mix in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Season to taste with salt & pepper.

Serve with pretzel crisps.
