Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

- 4 oz. crumbled Feta
- 1 C. low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbls. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- Salt & pepper
- Pretzel crisps
Preparation time 5mins
In a bowl, mash together the crumbled Feta, Greek yogurt and olive oil.
Mix in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Serve with pretzel crisps.
