Ingredients

  • 2 C. milk
  • 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
  • 1 T. lemon juice (fresh lemon is best)
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • graham cracker crust

Preparation

Step 1

Beat pudding, milk and lemon juice with wisk for 2 minutes.
Spread 1 1/2 C. on crust.
Whip 1/2 of Cool Whip with remaining pudding mixture. Spread over pudding in crust.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Place in frig for 3 hours.
