Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp plus 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 c mirin or dry sherry
- 4 salmon filets-6 oz each
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp wasabi paste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix 2 Tbsp soy sauce,vinegar ,ginger and sherry
Place salmon in the marinade and let sit at room temp for 20 min
Arrange top oven rack 3-4 inches from broiler
Heat lime juice,1/4 c soy,honey and wasabi paste.
Bring to a boil,stirring constantly
Reduce heat and let simmer until sauce is syrupy.
Set aside and keep warm
Remove salmon from marinade and wipe dry
Place on a rimmed baking sheet
Broil until it begins to brown-3-4 min
Turn the salmon over and broil until almost opaque but still moist-about 3 min
Place fillets on plate and drizzle with sauce.
