Ingredients
- 2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 3 T low fat mayo
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- salt and pepper
- 16 thin slices tomato
- 16 thin slices cucumber

Step 1
In medium bowl, mix tuna with mayo until well combined. Stir in celery and onion and season with pepper.
Create sandwiches. Add tomato and cucumber
