Chicken Noodle Teriyaki

  • 4 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 thinly sliced bell peppers
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 4 t teriyaki sauce
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1 t pepper
  • 12 oz canned chicken breast (or rotisserie chicken)


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Cook onions and peppers in oil for 10-12 minutes. Reduce heat and add water, soy and teriyaki sauce as well as garlic and seasoning. Bring to simmer and add raw ramen noodles. Cook 3 min until tender and add chiken. Add red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit if you like.
