Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup corn, well-drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 bag BBQ Fritos

Step 1
Mix 1st 5 ingredients and chill. Crush Fritos and add before serving. Use as much or little red onion as desired.
To make this recipe gluten free, use regular Fritos and add gluten free chili powder to taste.
