Ingredients
- 2 large vidalia onions
- 2 TBS steak sauce
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsps grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Step 1
Cut onions in half horizontally; place cut side up in a 1 1/2 quart round casserole. Combine steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter and hot pepper sauce; drizzle evenly over onions. Sprinkle onions with cheese and garlic salt. Place dish in oven and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
For a pleasing carmelized variation, top each onion with 1 tsp brown sugar when onions are tender. Continue baking for 5-10 minutes until sugar is melted.
