Appetizer: Artichoke Dip

Hands down the best artichoke dip, especially if you like spicy. This recipe was given to me by my friend Hillary Halme who got it from her aunt. It couldn't be simpler!

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 small can diced green chilies
- 1/2 small can diced jalapenos
- 1 8" or 9" pie plate

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in pie plate and bake 30 minutes at 350°. If it gets too brown, cover with foil last 5 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
