Onion Soup Mix

About 4 T of this mix makes the equivalent of one envelope of onion soup mix.

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 tablespoons dried minced onion
• 4 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine onion, beef bouillon, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Store in an airtight container.
