Ingredients
- 1 3lb chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash chicken and pat dry. Arrange lemon slices in the bottom of a baking dish. Combine oregano, salt and pepper and rub thoroughly over chicken pieces. Place chicken pieces skin side down, over lemons. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken skin side up, reduce heat to 350 and continue cooking 35 minutes longer or until chicken is very tender.
