Ingredients
- Topping #1:
- 5 Cups Apples, sliced
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tbs. Flour, heaping
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 3/4 Cup Instant Oatmeal
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- Topping #2:
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Butter, Cold (not softened)

Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan. Chose one of the toppings and mix ingredients together. The key to topping #2 is using cold butter. Do not soften. Sprinkle topping choice over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
