- 2 C CHICKEN BROTH
- 2 C CHOPPED CELERY
- 2 C CHOPPED ONION
- 5 C DICED POTAOTES OR 1 LARGE PACKAGE HASH BROWNS
- 1 POUND VELVETTA CHEESE
- 2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP (CREAM OF MUSHROOM)

Step 1
BRING 1ST FOUR INGREDIENTS TO BOIL. BOIL 20 MINUTES.ADD POTATOES, BOIL 20 MORE MINUTES.STIR IN CHEESE AND SOUP. COOK UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND SOUP IS HOT.
