• 2 egg yolks
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 cup sugar
• vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Flavor applesauce with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Beat egg whites until they stand in peaks. Fold into apple sauce.
Sauce: Combine all ingredients and cook until slightly thickened.
