Thin Crust Chicken, Onion, and Rosemary Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t. crushed dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400
In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion, parsley, garlic and rosemary. Mix well.
Unroll dough packages onto cooking pan. Spread chicken mixture over dough to within 1/2 in. of edge. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 18-22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven.
