  • 1 cup chopped articoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil spinach and articoke hearts in 1 cup of water 10 min. until tender.
drain in colander.

Heat cream cheese in microwave till creamy, add mashed spinach and articoke and stir well. Add remaining ingredients.
