Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Stew Beef, cubed
  • 2 Cups Water
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Beef Bouillon Cubes or 2 Tbs. Beef Base
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 8-12 oz. Noodles, uncooked
  • 4 Medium Carrots, cooked, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the beef cubes, 2 cups water, salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until beef is tender. Place beef mixture in saucepan and add the beef bouillon cubes or beef base, onion, and 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes. Add carrots and serve.
