Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. bananas
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp b. soda
  • 1/4 tsp b. powder
  • 1/2 salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add mashed bananas
and water. Beat 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix till moist.

Bake @ 350 for 50-60 minutes
