Sourcream Cranberry Salad
- 2 package raspberry jello (3oz each)
- 1 cup sour cream (or more)
- 1 can jellied cranberries (cran-raspberry)
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Blend and liquify jellied cranberries and 1 cup of water. Dissolve 2 packages jello into 1 cup of hot water. Mix together and add chopped pecans.
Pour 1/2 misture into 8" square pan and chill.
Spread sour cream over chilled mixture. Add remaining jello mixture & chill. Spread sour cream over chilled jello before serving.
