- I cup light-brown sugar,

- Rhubarb Filling
- 4 cups cut rhubarb, in

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Make Toppins: In large bowl, combine flour, oats, ,rra .frg"r, mixing well. With fork, stir in butter to make a crumbly mixture.
2. Make Rhubarb Filling: In lightly greased 8-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish, co-bi,ie rtru_ barb, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and % cup wate.; stir to mix well.
3. Sprin-kle- topping evenly over filling. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes, or until topping is golden-brown and rhubarb is tendei. Slrve Rhubarb Crisp warm, with light cream or ice cream, if desired.
