  • 1 1/2 c. cornbread or 1 box jiffy cornbread
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped well
  • 1 4 oz can green chilies OR jalapeno peppers, CHOPPED

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in the order given
Pour into ungreased bread pan
Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour
