Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- 2 cups blueberries
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cream shortening and sugar together until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time beating only until blended thoroughly.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternatively with milk to sugar mixture.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Butter a bundt or angle food pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
