Fennel, Feta and Olive Tart

Ingredients
- 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1 c crumbled feta (4 oz)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of 17.3-oz package), thawed and cut into 4 squares

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, toss the fennel and olives with the olive oil and 1/4 t black pepper. Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet and top with the fennel mixture and feta. Bake at 400 until golden brown and crisp, 22-25 minutes.
