  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup water

Step 1

Beat all ingredients for four minutes. Spray bunt pan with spray that has flour in it.

Bake 350 degrees about 40 minutes (some ovens take longer to bake some less time to bake)

Juice from 2 lemons, 1 cup confectionary sugar beat together and pour over warm cake. Let soak in before you eat and cut.

Sprinkle with confectionary sugar
