Ingredients
- 4 - tomatoes, peeled & sliced
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/3-cup chopped green onions
- 1- 9 " pre-baked deep dish pie shell
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2-cups grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese, combined
- 1-cup mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer tomato slices, (blot with paper towels if they have a lot of juice ) basil & onion in pie shell.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Mix together the cheeses & mayonnaise.
Spread on top of the tomatoes.
Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
