Hamburger Steak with Brown Gravy, Onions and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or ground round steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Few drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
- 1/2 sliced Vidalia onion

Preparation
Step 1
Stir the salt, granulated garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper into the ground meat and form four oval patties with the mixture.
Pan fry them in a skillet until they are brown all the way through.
Alternatively, you can broil them for about five minutes per side.
Put the cooked patties on a warm plate and cover them with aluminum foil.
Pan fry the onion and mushrooms in the drippings and olive oil, then remove them from the skillet and arrange them on top of the meat.
Add the flour to the drippings and stir the mixture.
Add the bouillon cube and water and bring the gravy to a boil.
Keep cooking it until it is thick, then spoon it over the patties, and serve.
