• 3 Medium Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• Water to cover
• 1 tbs wasabi paste
• 2 tbs butter
• 3 tbs heavy cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in steamer, cover with water and cook 10 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher.
