- 1 cup butter -- softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon orange peel
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- CINNAMON & SUGAR (combine all)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ORANGE GLAZE (combine and boil 4 min.)
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 cup sugar

Step 1
In a mixer bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat one minute at low speed. Blend in sour cream. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and orange peel. Blend thoroughly. Spoon 1/3 batter into greased and floured bundt pan or 10" tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon sugar mixture over batter, cover with 1/3 batter and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture, cover with remaining batter. Cut through batter gently with spatula to marble. Bake 325 for 50-60 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes the invert onto platter. Drizzle with orange glaze.
