Ingredients

  • 7-8 medium potatoes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Step 1

Cube in 1/2" squares. Boil until tender. Mix potatoes with one 8oz container of sour cream, 2 C sharp shredded cheddar and one can of cream of chicken soup. Pour in casserole dish and bake for 15-30 minutes at 350*.
