- 12 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the bacon in batches in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned but not crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside for a couple of minutes. Arrange on the top of a broiler pan.
Whisk together the maple syrup and Dijon mustard until smooth. Brush generously over the bacon. Bake about 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp and glazed.
