Pineapple Batida - {Batida De Abacaxi}

  • 1 1/2 cups Cachaca (Brazilian rum) (or white rum)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup cool (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves)
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 6 pineapple wedges for garnish


Servings 6


Step 1

Combine rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
